Journaling can help you connect with yourself and your situation in a new way. The act of physically writing helps to get everything out onto the page, allowing your subconscious to lead you. Often, answers that you hadn’t thought of before can surface, as if you are looking at your thoughts from an outsider’s perspective. This deepened connection with yourself will sustain healthy, fulfilling, and long-lasting relationships and goal-orientation.

This month, I am having a competition. You stand a chance to win a ‘journaling’ session for you to better understand yourself. This session involves questions to help you get started with your journaling. Share your answers and  ask for my help interpreting something from your thoughts and musings. I can interpret anything you may be concerned about. As well as how they are feeling and get to the bottom of any issues.

The amount you share with me is entirely up to you, but the more you share, the more I can help you and give you prompting, for example, suggesting that you attempt a question with your non-dominant hand.
