Journaling

Journaling can help you understand yourself and your situation in a new way. The act of physically writing helps to get everything out onto the page, allowing your subconscious to lead you. Often, answers that you hadn’t thought of before can surface, as if you are looking at your thoughts from an outsider’s perspective.

In this six month program, there will be monthly sessions and questions to help you get started with your journaling. You can email me at any time with questions, to share your answers or ask for my help interpreting something. The amount you share with me is entirely up to you, but the more you share, the more I can help you and give you prompting, for example, suggesting that you attempt a question with your non-dominant hand.

By the end of it, you will have learned how to journal in the most effective way for yourself specifically, in order to get the best and most helpful results.
